1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY ?

Our return policy is very simple and you can be assured of a refund or an online credit from us as part of our return policy. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. All you need to do is return the item within 21 days of delivery with the relevant tags and invoice copy to get your returns approved.  If you need assistance with returns please email us as soon as you receive the item and we will gladly help with the process.

Please note that we will approve returns only if the items are returned to us in the original condition not worn, altered or washed.  Attach the original invoice of the item and all the tags with the items and pack them in an envelope or appropriate shipping box before sending it to us. Insure that you seal the package well as we are not liable for the safety of these packages. We take full responsibility for the boxes that we ship, but not for the ones returned by the sender. We advise that you pack the items well with all the paperwork in a good quality shipping box to insure that we will get the items in the proper condition.

The final call to accept or reject returns rests with us. If your returns do not qualify for a refund or store credit, we will advise you via email.  If we find that the items are worn, damaged, soiled or torn we will not approve the returns.  Also, if traces of perfume or any kind of scent are found on the items, we will not approve the return.  Customers will be notified by email if the return is not accepted and we will provide a detailed reason why the return was not approved.

Please note that we don’t offer any returns on bodysuits, accessories and all sale items.

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND ?

Yadà does not refund the shipping and handling charges that you pay when you order with us. If you plan to return the items and if your returns are approved by us, we will approve a refund or a store credit that are worth the value of the items returned only.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and are non-refundable.  We recommend returns are sent registered return receipt to insure we receive them.  Yadà is not liable for products that do not reach us.
